We are located in upstate South Carolina mid-way between Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA. We incorporated in 2000 after two successful years as a sole proprietor business. We have received the Better Business Bureau's Gold Seal Award for outstanding customer service.

eBusinessCables, Inc. is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). Company President, Bill, is a retired Naval officer. He served as a veteran of ground combat in the DMZ of Vietnam as a Marine Corps attached Navy Corpsman and duty during the 1991 Persian Gulf War as a nurse aboard the hospital ship USNS COMFORT (T-AH20).

buyer protection:

• We accept credit card payments via QBMS credit card processing, PayPal and Google Checkout. We also accept personal and corporate checks via PayPal.
• We use the highest level of online encryption available commercially for all online transactions.
• We ship worldwide via UPS.
• The billing address buyers provide must match the address on file with buyer's credit card company. We will ship to another address (your office or sent as a gift), but Address Verification Systems will check the billing address.
• We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of Upstate South Carolina and the Better Business Bureau Accredited Business Program.
• We are also a member of SquareTrade. SquareTrade also offers a $250 protection against fraud and a dispute resolution service.
